In force since 2026-09-28.
Repère is sold to professionals only: businesses, sole traders, associations and public bodies acting for their own activity. It is not offered to consumers, and you confirm you are buying as a professional when you create an account.
By subscribing you confirm that you are acting for purposes within your trade, business, craft or profession. Consumer law does not apply to this contract, and the consumer protections of the French consumer code — including the fourteen-day right of withdrawal and consumer mediation — are therefore not available. If you are a consumer, do not subscribe: write to clement@gautier.im instead.
The current plans, their included volume and their price are listed on the pricing page, which forms part of these terms. Prices are monthly and per account.
Prices are net: VAT is not charged under article 293 B of the French tax code (franchise en base). No VAT is recoverable on them.
Calls beyond the included volume are billed per call at the rate shown for your plan. A paid plan is never cut off mid-month for exceeding its volume: it is invoiced. The free plan has no overage and stops at its limit.
Before confirming, you are shown the plan, its price and its duration. Clicking the confirmation button creates a paid contract. You receive confirmation and an invoice by email.
Payment is by card through our payment provider, Stripe. We never receive or store your card number. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
Payment is due immediately, when the subscription is charged. Any sum unpaid when due carries late payment interest at 12,40 % per year, running from the day after the due date and payable without any reminder being necessary, together with a fixed recovery indemnity of 40 € per invoice under articles L441-10 and D441-5 of the French commercial code. Where actual recovery costs exceed that indemnity, we may claim the difference on presentation of evidence.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, without notice and without contacting anyone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the volume already invoiced stays available until then. Sums already due for the current period remain payable.
Access to the service and to the evidence it produces may be suspended while an invoice is overdue. Evidence you have already exported stays yours and is unaffected.
We may suspend an account for non-payment or for use that endangers the service, after notice except where the risk is immediate. Evidence you already exported stays yours.
Write to clement@gautier.im first — most problems are a misunderstanding about what the evidence says. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the courts having jurisdiction under the rules of ordinary law.
